9D Breathwork
Beyond the Mind.
You're carrying something that lives below the surface, tension, stuckness, a heaviness you can't quite name or think your way through. 9D breathwork uses headphones with Solfeggio frequencies and eight other unique qualities to open the subconscious and move what's ready to move. This isn't like any breathwork you've experienced before. Everyone is focused on themselves, their breath, their sounds or movement, because everyone is in their own unique experience with over-ear headphones.
All sessions are virtual and require over-ear headphones with active noise cancelling, a phone or laptop and a quiet space. Your camera can be off (or on). The experience is either group or private, in the comfort of your own space.

I work with those who are ready to put down the old stories they've been carrying and start building the life they've always known was theirs.
Those seeking a truly grounded and genuine approach to freedom, not the new-age surface stuff, but rooted in lineage, in the earth, in our ancestors and in the real depths of our unconscious programming.
I spent years in that in-between space. The one where you can see the woman you’re becoming, but the life you’re living still belongs to someone else. I tried to go back. I tried to make the old version work. I tried to “figure it out” on my own. None of it worked, because the woman who built that life no longer existed.
I checked the “boxes”, did the corporate world for 20 years, and yet something was always missing. On paper my life looked great. I had numerous life cracking events, family breakages, several health scares and a car accident which changed my entire trajectory. Sometimes we don’t see it until life forces us to stop and do the hard work.
In my work I draw on ancient practices, shadow work, plant and stone wisdom, ancestral teachings, and the integration of your experiences. I walk with you through the deepest depths, the messy middle, where the real work happens.
Here's what I can promise you: I'll be in it with you. With warmth, with honesty, with confidentiality, without judgment, with a safe place to land, and with a real commitment in who you're becoming.
I care about the person you're growing into, and we won't rush your process. You'll be looked after here. Actually seen. And you won't have to do the hard parts alone.
We’ll work with the part of you that already knows what's true, even on the days fear is doing most of the talking. I'll celebrate your wins, nudge you when you need it, and hold this as a safe place where things can shift in their own time.
