For the woman who holds others and is finally asking who holds her.
The Psyeed® Method™ for Women Practitioners is a private depth-work container for the practitioner doing her work in public, and the deeper work in private.
There is a moment, after the client has gone,
you’re sitting there…
and something feels off.
Off in the way your body knows even when your mind is still curating the next package, the next retreat, the next caption. Off in the way that only shows up when you finally are alone with your thoughts. The incense is still going. The candle is still lite. The cushion they sat on still holds their shape and your space-holding responsibilities are complete.
And what you cannot say to your peers, your tribe, the colleagues you trade sessions with, is that the woman who holds the room has not, in this lifetime, been held the way she has held others.
You sense what this is
You don't know who you are when you aren't being the healer.
You cannot find a mentor who can actually meet you where you are.
Your public image and your private dysregulation are growing further apart every month.
You are quietly resenting the clients who won't do the work between sessions, and feeling ashamed of the resentment.
You sense you may be using their depth as a substitute for your own.
Sometimes you carry their material in your body, your dreams, your nervous system.
You are afraid that doing the real work will dismantle what you currently offer.
And underneath all of it, the things you haven't said out loud even to yourself.
The accumulation of almost-truths spoken in retreats, in sessions, in captions.
Burnout from over-giving and under-receiving, dressed up as devotion to the work.
Imposter syndrome that credentials and client results have not touched.
A business model in conflict with how you are actually built.
The grief for the woman you were before you knew this much.
Working with proven methods of income but don’t actually align with your truth.
This is not a your breaking point. It is a threshold that many don’t choose to cross.
The work you have been doing for everyone else is now asking to be done for you. Not a watered-down version of it. Not the version that fits between client sessions. The real thing, with someone who can actually see you, hold you, and go as deep as you need to go.
And then there is the life around the work.
A partner who supports you logistically but cannot follow you interiorly. Who quietly wishes you would just get a “normal” job.
Friends from the old life who think you have gotten woo. Friends from the new life who only know the practitioner version of you.
Family who introduce you with air quotes, “she does some kind of healing thing,” and the small, repeated sting of being unseen by the people who raised you.
The management of optics at holidays, school pickups, your partner's work functions.
The loneliness of being the one everyone projects the wise woman onto, while having almost no one who can hold the real you.
There is a voice underneath your practice that is asking for support, for grace, and to be witnessed privately in a safe container that can go the depths your soul needs.
The Psyeed® Method™ for Women Practitioners
Is a private six-month journey with real practitioner-specific challenges. The ones most never come close to touching, let along go to the depths of unearthing the root of the challenges this work requires.
Held with science, Ancient practices and Integration that works. across enough time for the body to actually change.
Not another group call you just to sit and watch or likely no longer attend because they don’t go to the depth of what you're seeking.
A method built for the dual role, the woman doing her work in public, and the deeper work in private.
It meets the woman underneath the practitioner and lets her stand up.
The Practitioner Track threads in material that the standard Method does not, the work of the buried healers in your line, the somatic release of the Witch Wound, the reclamation of your lineage of gifted women, and the practitioner-specific contracts you have been carrying without knowing: the contracts of voice, of optics, of money, of being seen.
In the second half of the arc, the work turns toward visibility, not as marketing, but as integration. For the practitioner, visibility IS the integration. The body has been waiting to learn that being seen is finally safe. The Method holds you through it.
You may recognize it in Misalignment within.
You’re thinking, “I can’t tell anyone what’s really going on behind closed doors.”
Your offering no longer aligns.
You think “I’m a practitioner, who can go the depths with me?”
You feel you hit a plateau.
You want to venture into new territory, new modality but are known for something else.
You may recognize it in Visibility & Comparing.
The marketing copy you have rewritten seven times.
The over-credentialing.
It’s 11 pm, the house is quiet and Imposter syndrome intrudes your thoughts.
The comparison shadows keep entering your field.
You think “What will my family, friends or social media think?”
You may recognize it in how you View Money.
You have an offer that makes lots of money but is not actually in service of your truth.
The contraction in your chest when a prospect asks your fees and you want to justify the cost.
The nights you can’t sleep because you raised your rates and scarcity kicks in to bring them back down again.
You may recognize it in Your urge to shrink.
You struggle to confidently explain what you do, your gifts.
You know there is something more to your history, even when the details are unknown, you feel it in your soul.
The line of women, who had gifts and were silenced for them. Drowned. Outcast. Burned. The body remembers.
You have done a lot of your own work.
You have your therapist, your Own Healers, your mentor, your peer group. You have tackled more than most women will ever attempt.
And there is a layer underneath all of that, where the practitioner in you has been waiting for a method built specifically for you.
The Psyeed® Method™
For The Woman Who…
Holds space professionally as a coach, therapist, healer, facilitator, or guide.
Has done meaningful inner work and knows there is another layer waiting.
Is willing to commit to nine-months of deep, consistent work.
Wants personalized, one-on-one support rather than another certification or group program.
Is ready to stop hiding, soften the fear of visibility, and fully own her gifts.
Is ready to explore ancestral patterns, including the Witch Wound.
Desires healthier relationships, with herself, money, love, and her lineage.
Not for The Woman Who…
Is currently in acute crisis or needs immediate clinical mental health support.
Is looking for practitioner training rather than her own personal healing.
Is unable to prioritize her own healing alongside supporting others.
Is unwilling to honestly examine the patterns shaping her life.
Expects this work to change someone else instead of herself.
Needs treatment for active addiction or an untreated disorder.
Is seeking validation rather than true transformation.
Is not willing to speak what has yet to be spoken.
Thinks integration for real transformation is a quick-fix.
Insight. Integration. Transformation™

Ancestral Work
Generational
Some of what you're carrying was never yours to begin with. You may be the first in your line to do this work, and that is exactly the point.
Ancestral Work
Many women who are called to healing carry an ancient Lineage.
A body-level memory of women who were silenced, punished, or persecuted for their gift, for seeing too much, knowing too much, or standing too fully in their power.
Some of your lineage may hold – medicine women, seers, healers, oracles, priestesses and witches. Even if your mind doesn't remember, your body often does.
It can show up as:
Fear of being seen or fully expressed
Tightness in the throat, jaw, or chest
Impostor syndrome at the edge of visibility
Shrinking your voice, undercharging or hiding your gifts
Difficulty fully claiming your gifts
Not doing “the thing” you want to do
This work helps you meet it, name it, and begin releasing it from the body, so you can step into the work you've always been here to do.
What you walk out with
Not more letters after your name. Not a workshop to teach.
An Authentic practitioner.
A voice that scales for her own offerings the way it has always scaled for others.
A relationship with money that does not contract when you post your new pricing.
A nervous system that knows the difference between her own activation and the line's, and can stay in her body when she steps into visibility.
A capacity to charge what the work is worth, and to receive it without somatic apology.
A working relationship with the women in your line who had gifts. Including the ones whose names you do not know. Including the ones the family did not speak of.
The one who has met the Witch Wound in her body and is no longer afraid of being seen.
Boundaries that hold, not just for clients, but for you. Around your time, your energy, your scope of practice, your boundaries.
I know what it is to be the woman everyone could rely on
and to feel less and less reachable inside that role. To compare. To over-give. To wonder, in the quiet, who I would be if I stopped earning my way through.
I have performed the good-girl long after she stopped fitting. I have rejected my own depth for the sake of being digestible to a world that prefers women to be simple. I have bottled the anger to keep the room steady.
I have also come through. Not in a single moment. Not in a single ceremony. In the long, sequenced descent this work is built from, meeting the maternal line, meeting the paternal line, meeting what I had exiled, putting down contracts I never signed.
It is no small thing to carry your own work and the work of the line at the same time. The weight of that doubles.
What I have come to know, and what the Method carries forward, is this: the work is not to transcend the line. It is to look at it. To put down what is not yours. To carry forward what is. To become, finally, the woman who chose the truest version of herself.

Questions you may be holding
-
That is not the purpose, and it is not the frame of the work. This is your work. If you find later that what you have integrated changes how you hold others, that is the natural ripple of doing your own depth work.
-
Yes, absolutely! The Method does not replace clinical care or professional supervision. It works at a different layer than either. Many of the practitioners who do this work are also in ongoing therapy or another healing modality. The layers can always work together.
-
Both. The form of the work meets the woman where she is. Early-career practitioners often arrive with the visibility threshold most active. Established practitioners often arrive with the Witch Wound activating around scaling, leadership, or saying it bigger. The Method holds both.
-
The work tends to clarify which parts of your practice are aligned with the woman you are becoming and which parts are aligned with the woman you have been. Many practitioners restructure their offers, their pricing, or their positioning during or after the Method. This is not a side effect. It is often the work landing.
-
Yes. The Method does not compete with the modalities you practice. It works on the woman underneath the practitioner, at a layer that no single modality is designed to reach, including, often, the modality you yourself practice.
There is a woman in you who has been holding others.
She has been doing it for years. She has been doing it well. She has earned every credential, walked every modality, sat at the feet of every mentor she was called to sit with. She has built something real.
And there is a woman underneath her who has been waiting.
The one your line has been waiting for, too. The women whose gifts were hidden. The ones whose names were never spoken. The ones whose magic was buried, sometimes literally, for the sake of a daughter, or a granddaughter, who could finally be seen.
The Method does not make you into her. It returns you to her.
She is asking to be held.
